Meet the Owner
Russ Calloway
Owner & Master Plumber
Russ grew up right here in Mid-MO, working summers with his uncle's HVAC outfit before he ever touched a wrench professionally. At 19, he started as an apprentice plumber. Over the next eleven years, he worked for a regional company learning the trade inside and out — residential, commercial, new construction, the works.
In 2010, he went out on his own with one truck, a notebook for scheduling, and one rule he still repeats to every person who works alongside him:
"I started this company because I was tired of seeing people get oversold on repairs they didn't need. We tell you what's actually wrong, fix it right the first time, and treat your house the way we'd want ours treated."
Customers started repeating that rule back to him in reviews, so it became the company tagline. Fourteen years later, Russ still picks up the phone himself whenever he can — because he'd rather hear it straight from the homeowner.
